At RestaurantSupply.com, we strive to ensure your kitchen is equipped with the best products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that some commercial equipment and special-order items may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees.
Request Authorization
Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive a unique return number and the correct warehouse return address.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx, keeping the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
